Knowing Light and Darkness

- Knowing Light and Darkness -

Let me speak to thee of all truth in light,
But, to do so, we must know darkness.
In order to enact the most perfect rite,
One must not dwell forever on sadness.
Let go of all pain, let go of all past fear,
Gather thy courage and let it build fast!
When thou art ready, draw thee near…
When thou art able to put aside the past,
And I shall be waiting for thee sincerely.
Waiting in the darkness, where I dwell,
Not in sorrow nor shadow, but truly…
In radiance and glory arisen from Hell.

Knowing light and darkness is wise…
Beyond the ken of those who devise,
Doctrines and dogmas to oft enslave!
Let me set thee free, I come to save.

Wouldst thou have me sing of spring?
It is far from now, and so must wait…
Until its’ season is right, as everything,
Must come when the hour is not late!
All things happen in their proper hour,
That, which is ordained to be, it will…
And though we may work our power,
We cannot halt time, and make it still!
Spring, shall arrive, flowers to bring…
Roses and lilies in all beautiful colors!
The songbirds shall thence take wing,
As crickets chirp: with their brothers.

Knowing light and darkness is wise…
Beyond the ken of those who devise,
Doctrines and dogmas to oft enslave!
Let me set thee free, I come to save.

Fear not the dark, for I am its’ Lady,
And in the moonlight, and the stars…
I will be watching forever, over thee.
My light and love to ease thy scars…
Until thou canst heal when it is good.
Look to the universe beyond us all…
And my words shall be understood,
For thou shall hear of my divine call!
Steel thyself, and prepare thy path…
My wings will be about thee always.
Even beyond days of fire and wrath,
Thy nobility of spirit will never stray.

Knowing light and darkness is wise…
Beyond the ken of those who devise,
Doctrines and dogmas to oft enslave!
Let me set thee free, I come to save.
