"A Shallow Glimpse."

All this wasted time;
All this free-time on
my hands...

But, if I had it all to
do over, I'd do it all
over, the same again

The Irony; the Redundant
cycle; the self-mutiny that
never seems to be stifled

We live unrivaled existences
stricken with consequences
that we've never even asked
for...

Prisoners in this aged-old
fucking inhumane War

Born into it, yet still, we don't
feel like we belong

I'm always surrounded but
feel so alone

Only in the company of spirits
that are kindred because
happenstance has made them
feel the same way do I feel like
I've found a home

It's odd that the brief stay to be,
"Observed," felt warmly...

Welcoming
