EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY
everything is temporary.
the future will be the past.
certainties turn to dust
and all you know will fade away.
the only thing left to show,
is a morbid mind
and echo of voices from long ago.
it’s time to expand,
for what is a revolution?
if you can’t sing or dance,
laugh or cry,
and slave to your greed
is no place to hide.

I loved the first 4 lines! Enjoyed this work.
Since you encourage honesty I think you should lose the last line. The work leads the reader to this question already cause you as the author took us on the path.
