The Northern Hordes

Highest mountains of might I see,
Plateaus engulfed in fire and flames,
Men of North up high,
Swords raised with radiance,
The hordes out to war, as gods ride the sky

Misty glaciers beyond, halo of moonlight,
In the northern cold of the end of autumn
Stands the sons of darkness,
Saddled in horses, with blades of steel,
Living through combat, dead or alive

Watching the flames, treading in blood,
To the mountains of fire I guide myself,
Through desire the warriors mounted
As fog creeps below the mountainsides
With platforms made for kings of the sky

Marching with victory, this land to claim,
Waving the flag of Odin’s eye,
Fists in the air with honor and thy courage
To the gods of war thy sons show pride
Living as legends of fire and ice
