Hardcore Buddha
i met the buddha today
sitting under a willow tree
told him straight to his face
that no bald hippie would set us free
he should get a grip
that violence was the only way
like a tight tension spring
he jump to his feet
with fire in his face
no sign of that sublime medative state
without a word of compromise
or attempt at any debate
he kicked me in the balls
battered me black and blue
and danced upon my head
as i laid there bleeding on on the grass
wishing to god i just walked on past
he shoved a tennis racquet up my ass
as he rolled my aching body to the nearest ditch
he whispered softly in my ear
"just to let you know for future reference
that karma is a unforgiving bitch".
