You deserve AIDS
Some people quite simply
deserve AIDS.
Really fucking bad AIDS.
A type of AIDS
where your skin
flakes off
and you develop an odour
that has dogs attacking your ankles
and people vomiting in your face
mid conversation.
I don’t mean the killers,
the rapists or the paedophiles.
The ‘ordinary’ folk
who get home
from their Saturday nights,
play their music too loudly
and get arsey when,
after a 13 hour day,
you ask them to turn it down.
I should have taken up chemistry,
to make sure
that every time my nerves
are shot through
because I know
going at these fuckers
with two beer bottles
will cause me a spot of bother,
albeit victorious,
I can sit back knowing
that my injection
in to their frozen dinners
contains full blown
skin peeling
loss of limb control
AIDS...

I like the satire in the second verse with how you excuse the real criminals but rail against the "'ordinary' folk" (at least I hope that's satire...)
Only you could make a borderline sociopathic rant into a beautiful poem of despair and justified anger. This bristles with a savage wit which takes the edge off the rage, while the final goodnight is like a kick to the ribs once the reader is already on the ground coughing blood and begging for a rapid death.
