Easier

When I think about you
I forget to remember
How you've hurt me so
It's easier to love you
Then to make sure I never
Get angry enough to let go
Sadness plagues my heart
And when those three words leave my lips
They're broken up in transmission
I try to go back to the start
But it doesn't help the slightest bit
They still lack meaning and definition
So now I wonder where I go from here
How I find a way to tell you
That things just aren't the same
