Discovery

You have me in your possession, grasp,
holding dominion over my spirited fight,
the battle lost, I'm within your sight.

I would but fall for you, never to return if
your caress were stay for a breath longer,
to fade away from your heart now would
be solitary in beat, a lonesome voyage,
without discovery, without recovery.

Keep holding on to me, please.
