Bayou Baby burning bright
Nobodaddy bloom
In the swamp side of the night
Where some have met their doom
Legba pounding at the door
Jambalaya steams
Picking up a Cajun whore
The lady of my dreams
Laissez les bons temps rouler
River rolling wide
She tells me I don't have to pay
As she steps inside.
