Motown Immolation

Motor city night
Devil’s delight
Burn baby burn
Tonight it’s the witches turn
To strike the wooden match
And burn death’s stench
Let the flames rise high
Against the moonless sky
Emolliate the corpse
Of rusted derrick and hoist
An empire’s strength
Now outsourced
This once pride of a nation
Lend dignity of cremation
Burn baby burn
Tonight it’s the witches turn
Ashes to ashes
Rust to dust
