nicotine poisoning
maybe i'm the only one
but that's been happening a lot lately
the first clip of the morning
before even the first beer
becomes the guilt trip
memory stick
obsessing and over analyzing
every move ever made
yellowish burnt sienna callouses
a problem
on the inner thighs of my peace sign
that no anti bacterial gojo
with a bleach additive
could ever solve
i hate it
but i bet i'll do it again tomorrow

not jus the habit but the actual nicotine does something to me itself,mentally, like hangover anxiety, obsessive over every fault, need a fn xanax style....

I don't know what the go is, maybe it's the change of seasons, but I was visiting friends [smokers] last week and I started smoking like a pro again with a smoke in one hand and a drink in the other, even smoked those european stylish thin lady cigarettes, whatever they stuck in front of me... then I flew home and quit. It's good to breathe again. Enough rambling from me. I have to say, JR, I've noticed a lot of changes in your writing, could be you're spending more time editing, playing around with structure and refining your style, it's definitely showing whatever you're doing, man. Great stuff!
