2 week love affair

You haunted my dreams, my every waking thought. Remembering the way I felt when we touched, not physically, but emotionally. You filled my inner soul with your beautifully articulated words.  Harmonious lyrics resonating in my heart which spoke to the deepest part of me. I long for that feeling again. I want to imagine you touching me and caressing me, igniting that fire within me again. My desire for you was undeniable as I felt the heat building up inside of me, a heat which manifested itself into a swollen rage ready to burst with one slight touch. I longed for that release, not only emotionally, but physically as well. I needed it, I wanted it. I thought for a moment you were willing, that you wanted it just as much as I did.  But, as quickly as you woke this up inside of me is as quickly as you put it to sleep.
