My Comfort
My comfort is found in something old
Something small enough to hold
I love her like she is my only hope
In fact I think she's pretty "dope"
I love her with all my heart
At night we are never apart
She might fall off the bed
But most of the time she is under my head
My comfort, she has always been there
She doesn't say a word but she does care
Soaking up all my tears
Fighting away all my fears
She loves me when no one does, when people can't
I love you she silently does chant
Her plastic eyes look at me with a dull gleams
And she's patched up all along the seams
She has a carrot hidden in her ear
A carrot that helps her to see and hear
Or that's what my Grandmother would say
Hold her tight and my love for you will never go away
Who is this creature that I love so much?
Well it is my Rabby, my stuffed rabbit, coarse to the touch
I love her with all my heart
We are never, ever apart
Something small enough to hold
I love her like she is my only hope
In fact I think she's pretty "dope"
I love her with all my heart
At night we are never apart
She might fall off the bed
But most of the time she is under my head
My comfort, she has always been there
She doesn't say a word but she does care
Soaking up all my tears
Fighting away all my fears
She loves me when no one does, when people can't
I love you she silently does chant
Her plastic eyes look at me with a dull gleams
And she's patched up all along the seams
She has a carrot hidden in her ear
A carrot that helps her to see and hear
Or that's what my Grandmother would say
Hold her tight and my love for you will never go away
Who is this creature that I love so much?
Well it is my Rabby, my stuffed rabbit, coarse to the touch
I love her with all my heart
We are never, ever apart
