Did I let you down? Did you think?
I wouldn’t be around
I am here, like an old story
I am here… for you
I am sorry if I gave you reason
not to believe… in me
My way of coping, may be strange
I love you! Please? never doubt it
I got you… I will fight for you

How? Its forever, and unconditional
I can’t imagine, living without you
I didn’t mean to come off so strong
Something’s I do, may not be right
But was I really wrong?
It’s like a melody, to a sad song

will: I always do
The way I cope is not normal
I do what I need to: because… I love you

Great write. We all tend to show love differently. Our outward appearance and actions don't always reflect our emotions on the inside. You say that quite well here!
