Angels Freedom Rings
She gazes out the window
Another midnight alone
The black abyss through the glass
A haunting depressing time
No one around to see those silent tears
They run down like waterfalls
Beautiful eyes showing a shattered soul
She's all alone
Yet another day gone bye
She wonders why
She's still alive
Past cuts a soothing ache
Life a endless source of pain
Nothing but the sounds of a empty night
The horrors of her past creeping
The slow dangerous game
The hunt is yet again
Throbbing tension
Memories of pure torture released
Her shredded innocence yet again slashed and battered
Finally this prey is caught
A scream of such utter pain
A shattering sound to match her soul
Splayed out on the sheets she lays limp yet again
Thrown finally into those blissful numbing dreams
A Darkening Stain
There's nothing left to gain
She's finally at peace as her soul flys free
Blessed Angel finding her Wings

beautiful piece, this could easily be done or be trasformed into a video. every line there just painted pictures! my imagination got blown away. I i have a similar poem; that is on the same tip! i would love to hear more of the piece!

Sad, I can feel the emotions of sadness flowing all through out the poem. You did very well in writing this. The words you've chosen are perfect. All in all, a great poem. I hope to see more from you. :)
