I am going to make sure you�re doing ok:

I will be back to myself soon: I have not abandoned you� I am sorry

Please forgive me; I didn�t mean to make you worry

If I wonder off I am not doing much, just some soul searching, and some much needed thinking

There is no such thing as lying back: just jumping in, guess I was doing that

I am watching the ocean out my window: listening to an Australian rock band

Pumping up to go work out, and then get this day on

The clouds are breaking in a split; just above the vast blue in a distance

With ripples, topped by white fluffs, and the sun rise is beating a path threw to make a shimmer

On the water; as waves roll back and forth

If I focus on them: my mind and body will react

I will get wet; so I change my focus to the distance

Like my time and the exercising, I do every single day

I have come to endure, the burning pain

I listen to the music: and I remember everyone, I need to check in on

I am just making sure you�re doing ok
