Undress you with my words

They can see deep within you
Deeper than anyone has ever seen
See you so clearly
Hold you in its place
Hypnotic tones holding your gaze

It can pierce you through the heart
Touch you in places unknown
Areas you never knew existed
Lifting you with its strength
Hold you when you are down

Let my words invade you
Make your skin crawl
To the fevered thoughts I create
Melt away your fears
Upon knees that obey

Making your innocence crawl
To frayed edges of my voice
No matter how hard you try to hide them
My tongue will coax them to the surface
To taste the blood within them

A stained flavor
Is stitched to its fragile surface
I will sever them with my razor whispers
Upon my dark throne
Laced in my leather
Tighter than the fear you have carried
The ropes of scarred tissue
Familiar bars
You have become accustomed
As your home

From my dark dungeon
My caged bird in my prison
I will unlace your burdens
With whips and chains
For your scars I inhale
A sweet taste so divine

So pure
Why it is you
No longer hiding

I see you
With the words
Escaping from your body
