The Smile

She daydreamed about him

while lonely customers showered roses
rings and promises from kings
in the end
  they never let her off
without kneading  her  body and soul
like pizza dough
It's what they paid for
Came for

Except for him
He enjoyed her company
Her small talk
She couldn't recall if they had touched

Daydreaming about him
while he was right there

Smiling
She had promised herself

never to fall in love

,

,

,

.
