PARADING THOUGH THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF MIND:
The Panic. The worry. I’m sweating. I’m dizzy.
Pounding heart. Upset stomach. Shortness of breath.
I’m overwhelmed.
The floor feels like it’s moving.
There’s no reason for this tingling.
Hands, feet, legs, arms, head, mouth, chest and groin.
Am I going crazy? I need to find the nearest exist.
“Stuck”, trapped in my mind. On the edge of a nervous breakdown.
