There is a daemon in us all
A daemon that wants to be free.

The daemon you may fight, but it won't stay down
you can bruise it, hurt it and make it bleed.
But it will get back up and kill you.

The daemon in us all, just waiting to be free.
The daemon that will finally reveal itself,
When the rest of us are unable or unwilling to go on.
once the world has turned its back on us,
it shall be stabbed in that back by the daemon.
The daemon that was hidden and controlled,
by the poor soul it betrayed.

A daemon, a daemon that will burn the world.
A daemon that will kill, kill until it is satisfied.
