Rhyme after rhyme
I set my sights on you
But never to touch you
How can this be
Why is it me
Forever to fall
Never to land
Lovestruck as I am
Sands of time
Spill through my closed fingures
As I wait for you
Adore you
Love you
But never will I see
The perfect match for me
Never will I hold
You in my open arms
Never will I forget
Always shall I remember
