The music was pumping / The people were jumping

The music was pumping / The people were jumping:
I was a mess, I hid myself, but you made me come out, and I like it now, and I don’t think I can stop, how can I when the lights are shinning now, and the stage is mine, and I hear them call my name, and my dad said he is proud, how can I walk away, how can I walk away
It isn’t every day that a show can convey how I am feeling, and I can’t stop now I like this, and the music is pumping, and everyone is jumping, and I see your face, and my dad said he is proud now, and I am up on the stage and everyone is waiting on me, and the lights are blazing, and the music is pumping, and everyone is jumping, how can I walk away
It’s too late to back out now, the stage is waiting, the people have come and there here for me, they want to see what I can bring, and I can do this, I got this, it’s just a thing nothing big, just a thing like I said, the music takes hold of my soul, and I sing, it’s a piece of me, it’s who I am, and I give in, I make the show, and I give them what they came for, I sing and it’s on they can’t stop me anymore it’s time for the thing to go my way, and I am ready I take it on, and I sing the song

At the end I am drenched it sweat I just had the best fuck it was all on stage and the lights never stopped dancing and caressing me as I gave them what they came here to see and the music was pumping and the people were jumping and my dad said… He is proud of me
