in the past i would be upset
out half a weeks paycheck because i trusted you
now i'm indifferent

from you, anyone else would say its expected
addictions help people do terrible things
so i understand

perhaps one day the understanding that i dont believe your excuses anymore but still trust you will be understood
but for now i bet i look naive

believe what you want to believe
i'm just gonna live
