not trying to say the thoughts that go into a poem
are garbage;but if a poem is written and nobody reads it,does the poem actually exist outside the mind of the poet,

Autumn leaves are beautiful. Why the garbage can? Why not blow away in the wind, unread? It begs the question why do artists make art? For themselves or for others. I guess that's different for each individual. Oh, and by the way, I really liked this poem. Smiley face smiley face.

thanks for reading,i think poems should be read by least one other person to justify the effort put into writing it no matter how good or bad it is,
