Braking Point
My bones all ache every minute I’m awake
Getting up in the morning often seems a mistake
Hearing’s gone, not worth a damn
Oh woe this frail and fragile man
Can’t see so far, need thick lens glasses
Getting worse and worse as each day passes
Hands a-shaking knees a-quaking
Everything I got is breaking
The only reason it’s worth being alive?
They let me keep my licence to drive!
