If life is just a game,
Then death must be the prize.
If life is a race that we can win,
Then near death experiences mean I missed the shortcut.
If life is a bridge, isn't death on the other end?
Then what happens if I jump off instead?
If your life is heaven and dying feels like hell,
Then my life is hell, and when I die tonight, it will feel like heaven.

Really more of a slew of counters that a person who's become suicidal could come up with than a poem, but I thought they'd fit well alongside my other works.
