ODE TO EROTIC VERSE
Sensuous moments, caught in time,
Of those who make their love in rhyme,
Inked black on white, across the sheet
In tones explicit, or discreet.
In bedrooms, bathrooms, al fresco,
Or upon transport where they go,
Reader imaginatively
Joins in the erotic journey.
They invite the reader to feel
They are taking part in the 'meal',
Making women with pleasure purr,
And men wish that they were with 'her'.
