Sorrow

In this world so cold
I've learned to love sorrow
And my only light
Is the end of time

I have stood in the snow
Heard the reasons why you go
And these words I don't just say
For I am in pain

I wish there was a way
To just stay in my dreams
For there I'm in peace
And I can stay in memory

I remember the day
You said to wait
And alone I did
Sad in the end

I feel the sorrow fill
Pain is all I feel
I'm my own shadow
Living in pure sorrow
