full moon and blue hills
lioness and safire eyes
are what the moon shadows depict upon
the silver leaves of an almost barren tree
the hills eerie in their blue tint
and the shrubs much more mysterious than perceived.
the sea is wild, the sand adhesive and brilliant,
minuscule diamonds stuck to my skin,
I dust them off to watch them fall to their kin.
The air is thick and distant lights blur
and the earth is sad yet,
still
she
breathes
another day in eternity.
and yet i ponder in amusement of the
lioness and safire eyes
depicted in the patterns
of a moonlit sky.
