The idea of a non-reality is actually very very close to Asian culture. Westerners often think that we lead them by the nose, so they never know what is really going on. For instance they get frustrated because we seldom give simple 'yes' or 'no' answers. I never really understood this until I married a Westerner.

so like maybe that explains why so many have said to the-illusion-of-me, "why can't you just say yes or no?"....or, as my daddy said when i was his Final Days Companion...."jeez, the simplest yes or no question, & you see somekinda philosophical joke".

Well culturally you could be out of place, and it can be frustrating and lonely. Here, I never really thought about it until of course folks from western cultures (or folks of the more westernised conditionings) take notice. Most of them get frustrated, a few friends tolerate it, my husband tries to enjoy it as much as possible which is the best thing to do I suppose for what is there to lose with being led by the nose anyway? What is reality anyhow, or what is truth?
