I've been Searchin'
Searchin' for so long
For true meaning in my life

Thru this odyssey of mine
Paved path carved by time

Life style seeks new residence
O fortuna, velut luna
Find my soul deep within the haze
I'm not just a phase

Spirit transforming, flower evolving
Into someone beautiful
Im beautiful in everyway
Someone I can love
Staring at the man in the mirror
Liberating self from emptiness
Someone that I can love
Freeing self from pain
Someone to love me for who I am
Helping me to breath again

Yet I find, dying inside
Roses in a vaz of white, dying to be
Demeaning eyes scrutinize whats outside
If I can't be myself
I'm better off dead

Hiding underneath pig thick skin
Running away like I aways do
Skeletons in my closet long to be free
Coming out, I just wanna be me

Lavender paints my skies
A secret hidden behind my eyes
Wallpaper skin bleeds soft pink
This is who I am
Just a twinkle in the night
Hung jewel wishing upon a fallen star
I have fallen, fallen hard from the sky
Watercolors smearing
Black lashes, mascara above my eyes
Rivers run black
Stream down my cheecks
Tracing my pain
Tired of running, hiding myself
If I can't be me
I'm better off dead
