a lovers love loves fairytales

I would leap, plunging toward ground, awaiting divine intervention
that was how I loved
I had faith in my heart to guide me home

& I never doubted that screaming inside
the connecting of two souls

Our mirrored love seems so true
Like a lover I already knew
But I sense an end
an end a must

From my hearts turned stone
Swollen & then some more
It lives hesistant to let love in
But loves galore
I've learned, you see
that, that feeling ends one day

and so where I plunged, I wait
and where there is ground, I sit
and I hold my stance because
I've become afraid of chance

I used to leap, plunging toward ground; that was how I loved
I never doubted that screaming inside
The feeling of a truth undenied

but I can see more clearly now
the mistake wasn't in giving in,
It wasn't in falling

The mistake was in not leaving
Once it was ruined and
we both stoped believing

grabbing on, holding tight
when my soul was shouting, be brave
Enough, youre losing strength
stop the fight!

but your love
Its different
Your love rebounds
Your love seems to want to walk the ground

But only together
And Your love grasps on tight
It feels like eternity
& it feels so right

I stand on the ledge
Foot Peering over
my body in motion
teetering forward
