in the darkness of near dawn
I lie beside you, I have yet to sleep,
still feeling your lips on my skin
as you breathe rythmically next to me
your kiss is incendiary, your body
a work of the finest art
but no matter how incredibly alive
I feel while making love to your body
I've actually fallen so much harder
for your indomitable heart
