Daughter & Mother
She was not of this place
a different kind of girl
beautiful and dangerous
with a killer smile, what a smile
she holds secrets as she rolls on
listening to the one voice that
could sooth her telling tales of strength
and fun, her clear voice, so tranquil
having never loved another woman
as much as she loved her knowing
all their love was flowing deep inside
she knew just then, she wanted to be like her
a different kind of girl
beautiful and dangerous
with a killer smile, what a smile
she holds secrets as she rolls on
listening to the one voice that
could sooth her telling tales of strength
and fun, her clear voice, so tranquil
having never loved another woman
as much as she loved her knowing
all their love was flowing deep inside
she knew just then, she wanted to be like her

It must be so cool to be a parent and leave that legacy in your kids. Great piece. Plus, the woman on the left kinda sorts looks like you..

it is fortunate when you have some one positive to look up to
a mother's love will never fail, unless it's doomed from the start
