But this poem is poetic and romantic
This poem will remain you of your love
This poem is designed to fit hearts like a glove
This poem has the keys to your heart
You and this poem will never depart
This poem will give you kisses and hugs
This poem is the one that you love
This poem will always be true
This poem is in love with you
This poem will remind you of the things you have done
You and this poem will always have fun
This poem will make love to you in the morning
This poem will answer whenever you are calling
This poem will give you peace of mind
This poem is not always there, but always on time
This poem will admire and adore you
This poem will be there for you
This poem is your shoulder to cry on
This poem is the tempurpedic bed that you lie on
This poem will comfort you soul
This poem will make you whole.
This poem is the arms that you run to
This poem is the one you belong to
This poem will hold you threat you right
This poem will fuck you all through the night
This poem will be your candle light dinner
This poem will treat you like a winner
This poem is for you and you only
This poem will never leave you lonely.

I'm a little confused between the relationship of the title and the actual poem. The title "A Poem About Love" is actually about you being in love with the poem. The poem is about love, but it's not exactly the type of love that the reader presumes when they see the title.
There are a few places where a few extra syllables were snuck in and threw the whole thing off kilter just a little bit, but it's not that big of a problem.
If your goal was to be repetitive, it certainly worked.
Your stanzas are also a little odd. The first five have 3 lines and then randomly, the next three have 4 lines apiece, which completely changes the rhyming pattern.
I don't know whether you wanted there to be a rhyme pattern, but I felt the need to point out the fact that it's very irregular in the first five stanzas and a little hard for the reader to keep up with.
But overall, it's your poem and you should do what you want with it.
