Quietly Stepping together

I can't just fall without first burning it to ash,  
I'm not also out buying matches to strike out x3  
to sit within four damp walls neither here or there  
regretting not waiting for the right opening.  
but I will walk along the edge with you, that has to happen,  
Powering up that trust to laying down the truth we want to hear,  
only then will I be happy to fall backwards or keep walking  
as friends. But we need to be thinking about that ledge and that  
walking close to it thing.  
My imaginative thinking breathes in life sounds I need to be
breathing in signs uncomplicated by mistrust or fear  
I can only do this alone to a point in the road where two meet,
feeling we are not too far away from it either, but that
unfortunately is just my opinion, I still believe but the
silence is breathless and cold though I'm sure it's
unintentional  
If you would,  you would see, somethings just are what they are  
no need for loud jumps but happy quiet unseen steps together
would be nice.
