They are constantly complaining but no one attempts to solve their problems. I try telling them to solve them, but everyone have a excuse to not to. To me its aggravating to hear them to be complaining. They seem to dislike my bluntness, & they expected me to sugar coat it. Im just being honest. Sooner or later, they are going to face it. Seems like my voice is not loud enough in order for them to understand, & they are not even trying to comprehend on what im saying. Day by day, im getting infuriated by their unsolved problems. Question I ask myself is "why am I even getting infuriated when they aren't even problems?". No one is not even trying to dive right into it. Piling stress upon them, still coming to me saying they are frustrated. What shall they do in that position? Doesn't everyone agree with me they should solve their problems other than making a big deal out of it. Im realizing I can't solve everyone problems, best thing for me to do is just to leave them. Leave it up to them to solve their own problems.
