In His Absence.
Since He isn't there for me, I'll make up a God.
One who wouldn't let anything like this happen ever again.
If God exists, he didn't care about what happened to me.
No bandage can mend the injuries I have gathered these last few years.
There's no difference in deities, none of them listen.
There's no sense in letting fate have its way,
Because around the world, fate takes the last breath of innocent people for no particular reason.
I almost let my temper get the best of me.
I almost let a monster take the rest of me.
The worst is over, this won't hurt a bit.
If emptiness had a home, there'd be no room left for a crybaby bitch like me.
I wish I could have said it was nice knowing you.
