Stay a little longer (edit)

You reside in my central chamber,
made yourself at home with ease,
walked right in as barriers fell
Taking my hand in yours
Leading me
without words needed
Willingly following
Stripped bare
together,
Taken upon the very altar of my thoughts.
Now, sacrificial it might have looked,
but there was as always just going to
be you and me here.
I gave myself up without fight or fear
I did good,
For you, I gave my all in the name,
You stayed for me
watching my secrets unfolding,
Seeing my thoughts very creation,
The real me exposed, raw with emotion
Just for your gaze,
Take me whenever and often,
but just being with you,
here,
within,
within my inner sanctum
Is all and everything
I prayed for,
He listened,
God, did he listen,
happy with you here,
smiling away,
I give praise too,
praise to he who listened.
