Try to Warn Her

Silent weeping from the corner,
Run faster and faster, try to warn her.

An insight you’ve had about her struggle,
Makes her depressed, increased to double.

Sadness, falling into despair,
Innocence gone, into thin air.

Poor child, who wants to go home,
So much sadness, she’s all alone.

A killer’s appetite has been sate,
A single moment, sealed her fate.
