"Why wont they leave these Skeletons in the Fucking Closet?"

I thought that the, "Dark Ages,"
were a thing of the past
And that intolerance had finally
been buried at long last

But it seems as though the man
who sits in our nations highest
office is coming-in and
resurrecting these things from
their coffins

And what a bigger slap in the
face, when we were once a
country who believed in everyone's
right to worship and believe
however they in their hearts saw
fit

And whoever wants to can ignorantly
and mindlessly call this racism but
believe me, it isn't
It's the truth and not a lie

When he comes in and begins to
persecute one belief and on the other
hand lift another high
Then believe me, he is not willing to
let the past die

And all of us, "Wiccans," and, "Pagans,"
and those who believe in, "Buddhism,"
and even personal freedom, we
definitely do not have a chance when
they have permanently dug-in and
taken their stance

You may believe and naively think that
with them you'll blissfully walk hand
in hand but what better ideology to
impose upon the people of the land then
one that also believes as a tyrannical
government does:

Death to all those who do not comply

And yes, you'll resort to the fact that
Christianity also did this very thing but
if you'll read your history books with an
open-mind then you'll realize that this
wasn't their way at all

No, "Catholocism," was a creation of Rome

And I don't advocate Christianity, just
freedom that this scourge is not going to
be bringing to every man
