I'm Done

Very desolate.
I have written a few poems trying to convey the exact (i think...) same emotion.

It is disjointed and seems almost apathetic - which works really well as that is the emotion behind it.

Although it is a little generic - you could try giving some more unusual examples - things the person did or didn't do which seem more specific to your relationship?

But maybe you are trying to send a message about how so many relationships are like this - these things happen so often that they are now generic and sometimes expected.
