The Monster You Made of Me

I knew I was damned from the start, abused and broken by society. Because of you I can no longer go on resisting, resisting this monster you made of me.
My devious mind raced with thoughts as my body pulsed with thriving anticipation, and my smile widened to reveal bleached white, sharp teeth. HA! What a monster you have made of me.
I would rampage each night, taking a knife and slashing my once lovely dresser. I would throw pillows at the wall, cut my wrists and bleed, scream and cry in vanity......This is the monster you made of me.
You judge not based on actions but on content such as worth, wealth, and style.People say kill or be killed. In my opinion sometimes I can't decide which one I would rather do. Society thinks it is wrong but I welcome Death as an old friend with a smile on my face, happily accepting either outcome of surviving or not. Calm and with a silent approach. Now do you see? Do you see the monster you have made of me?
