HEART AND SOUL  

   
my heart and soul          
     are deep as any sea upon this earth          
          yet possibly more ancient          
               than this solar system itself          
         
though their essence is not hidden          
     in the unfathomable depths of any sea          
          nor in the vast silence of space          
               it is sparked by a light          
                    much greater than    
                         all those and all other
                              dimensions    
                                   combined         
         
expressed through my being          
     from the center of all source          
          out through and beyond          
               the surface of my skin          
                    receptive conduit of intimacy          
                         that extends throughout          
                              this universe beyond          
         
the great mystery without          
     connects full circle within          
          for we are each a planet of flesh          
               orchestration of cells          
                    sparked to life          
                         filled with light          
                              vibrating in harmony          
                                   with the unified frequency          
                                        of all creation          
         
my senses are the surface          
     of my celestial body          
          my emotions are its flowing weather          
               my heartbeat  its pulsing core          
                    divine drum beat  keeping time          
                         in timelessness  
                              with timeless time  
                                   itself      
         
my intuition is the diaphanous layer          
     of a deeper atmosphere          
          that experiences the larger dance          
               i am a part of          
                    though in truth    
                         my physical being is smaller          
                              than the finest grain of sand          
                                   in the broader  cosmic    
                                        scheme of things          
         
yet my spirit  heart and soul          
     have always sensed and known          
          that they  like all things          
               are an essential    
                    inseparable part of    
                         eternally one with             
                              the source of creations    
                                   greater unified whole      
                                        one with the oneness      
                                             of all that is
