Friendship

A friend is much more than someone who just say's hello in passing, or writes once in a while when you move away. A friend is someone who stands by you through thick and thin, they believe in what you think is true, they care of how you feel.

It brings joy to one when they can help you, and they feel the pain when you hurt. A friend has a special gift of sharing one's emotions with another and the freedom to express their true feelings without the fear of rejection or embarrassment; to offer advise as well as in asking for it.

A friend is someone you can depend on. A true friend holds the keys to your heart, as does your diary when your alone and no pressures from anyone but the urge that compels you to write down your most deepest thoughts, dreams, and desires.

But the best thing about a friend is, even though you know so much about each other, there is always something new to be discovered.
