Little Gifts
I always say I don't need gifts from you
That your love is quite enough for me
But you never listen, do you, baby?
You always say you'll treat me like your queen
I think the idea is ludicrous and funny
All the same, it always makes me smile
The tiniest little gifts you give me
Are tucked away in my heart for a long while
It's not the fact that you gave me something
But that you were thinking of me that moment
That your love is quite enough for me
But you never listen, do you, baby?
You always say you'll treat me like your queen
I think the idea is ludicrous and funny
All the same, it always makes me smile
The tiniest little gifts you give me
Are tucked away in my heart for a long while
It's not the fact that you gave me something
But that you were thinking of me that moment
