Fool's Gold

Your tongue
Slick pink silk, glides back and forth,
back and forth
Across my bottom lip

Sudden plunge into my mouth
With an orchestral moan of
Self abandonment

Your hair falls onto your face
Soft as your skin. Gentle as your soul
And wings flap fervently in my chest
Your body, now against mine
The earthly vestments, we dare not shed
Cannot keep us separate

Moving in a motion
Our rhythm
We can feel it
We can feel it
So easily we can feel it

Soul songs written to harmonize
Energy rising and connecting
Between us and around us
Opening

You are arching up
Eye gaze extended
You are moving against me
Again and again

And

How

You

Look at me

What your eyes reveal
What love is this?
What a sweet surprise I’ve found in you.
