Rise Out Of The Descent
First you fall so fast, so far, so deep inside of yourself, as anguish cradles you to soften the blow when you hit bottom. You want to weep. Feeling everything so intensely at once you become numb. Thinking yourself stuck forever you scramble up the walls of the abyss desperately searching for a way out. Each time you find something to grab and pull up with you feel a sense of dread growing within you. So strong you imagine the very walls themselves breathing. Watching. Waiting for a single hint of vulnerability in you. This stirs your anger, you move faster. The anger builds into a hot rage. Projects you up out of the pit so fast you hit your barrier and almost break through. You fight it. Push back with all you have so it doesn't get out. Just as you feel your strength give out it stops but doesn't recede. Drained, you finish out your day as best you can. Exhausted, you have won the battle again.
