What? Why?
Smile and bring me joy,
But inject into me your sadness and weight,
I sink into the deep and you bring me down,
You were suppose to be my everything,
Instead all I find is your unhappy face,
Your expectations of me crumbling,
Your every little hope of me dripping down,
You flood me with what you think and bring me down, down, down,
What am I suppose to be,
Why is it this way,
Why, why, why, why,
Why do you do this to me.
But inject into me your sadness and weight,
I sink into the deep and you bring me down,
You were suppose to be my everything,
Instead all I find is your unhappy face,
Your expectations of me crumbling,
Your every little hope of me dripping down,
You flood me with what you think and bring me down, down, down,
What am I suppose to be,
Why is it this way,
Why, why, why, why,
Why do you do this to me.
