this is a must

to be arranged .

doing normal
things
it makes my brain
then choose
a happy , higher state  .


If only I could

far from
where you have
been .


Where respect , was not
something
ever got
or appreciation
a rare
transpiration
or having to pay , yourself
to get your
hair , nails done  
or getting in the way
of a punch , or two
to be thrown .



I'm not at all
perfect
as you know
but next to
a defect
